We were appointed to design an end-to-end solution for the fit-out requirements of Delaware North’s Head Office relocation. 

 

The client had specified a strict Guaranteed Maximum Price which lead architects adhered to whilst also creating a stylish space that brilliantly showcased the heart and soul of Delaware North. By strategically repurposing exsiting fit out, further budget allocation was given to key design details that resulted in a truly fabulous, contemporary space.
