This residential building located in iconic Bondi Beach is currently undergoing renovation works to turn up the curb appeal outside, and uplift the interior.

The alterations include the removal of external stairs, modifications to windows and doors externally, balcony uplifts, and internal reconfigurations. This project will turn a mixed-use residential & commercial building from an eye sore to a site for sore eyes.
