The purpose of the Bowes street project was to refurbish the existing building and provide a new home for the centralisation of ACT Health. The development was to be staged and include; an integrated fit out, lobby upgrade, and end of trip facility. It saw the 700+ ACT Health staff reunited in a single building.

 

The site is semi-agile with minimal usage of office space. Each part of the floor was flooded with a variety of collaboration zones to promote healthy activity within the building.
